jana lamberti silk art seascapes

been pretty silent on the blog due to sickness…again. thank god winter is over and summer is here! notice i didn’t say spring? cause we didn’t have one. it was in the 40s last week and almost 90 today. bam. hello summer.

health update – check. weather update – check. now for an art update…

newest collection is entitled “seascapes.” amy sullivan of sullivan framing & fine art gallery asked if i’d do a few pieces for her gallery and upcoming show titled, “inspired by the NH seacost.” i’m a NH girl at heart. lived there between the ages of 3 and 18. we, unfortunately, did not live near the seacoast. fortunately, it was only an hour away. i may or may not have played hookie from high school a few times to catch some rays. may or may not, people. you decide.

i love NH! i love the ocean! and i loved skipping school to get a tan! (so there, i came clean). thanks amy for asking me to contribute!

*the piece above plus the past two blog posts will be showing in NH from June 9th through the end of August
